The End of our First Minkey Season

The boys are pictured with their very patient Minkey's coach Alan and the bottom picture is of D just after he received his trophy. He was absolutely stunned when it was handed to him so no doubt there will be a lot of show and tell this week!

2007/08 Season of Little Athletics begins

And our champ got 4 personal bests out of 5 events. His PBs were for shot put, 50m, 70m and 100m. The "unofficial little athlete" assisted Mummy on the chief recorder's table.

C&K Turns 100

So Mum and boys went to a teddy bears' picnic at Kindy to celebrate. There was a sack race, an egg and spoon race and even a wheelbarrow race which Mummy had to go in twice.

Then we had to sing "Happy Birthday to Kindy" because it is 100 years old and we had a HUGE cake!

Developments in the Garden

At the top is an iceberg rose from one of my new bushes. Pink flamigo roses are set to bloom very soon. Then there is one of my yellow roses and then A's first daffodil.

Hard Skin

I was dressing Daniel this morning and he told me he must have some cream on because his skin was "too hard". I said I would do it tonight when he had his bath but this wasn't going to do. Apparently by then his skin would be "too hard" for the cream to even work!
So after putting some Nivea on his arms he was quite happy because he was "all soft" again.

She Wants a Pet

Our older cousin fell in love with our guinea pigs and would love to havea pet of her own. Unfortunately her Dad did not agree.

We're teaching him new things (like how to play trains) so that his parents will have to spend a lot of money.

Shiny and Dirty

Our Guniea pigs were delivered by the Easter Bunny! They were very small but A has had them ona great diet and now they are huge.
